Major Plus - Dept of Ed Security Clearance Level 2.
Skills :
Voice Architecture, Voice XML, Interactive Intelligence certification, Windows, Interaction Center.
Deep understanding of the Interactive Intelligence platform and products. Including Interactive Administrator and Interactive Dialer.
- Mastery of Interactive Intelligence tools and at least two certifications.
- 6 yrs. telephony experience in call centers, collections preferred.
- 4 yrs project management
- 3 yrs leading and implementing enterprise level projects
- MSSQL proficiency.
- Must have a proven history of implementing and troubleshooting telephony systems or software applications using best practice techniques
- Excellent communication to work closely with vendors, other technology departments, peers, and clients and to mentor junior staff


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
