Customer Support Associate

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via the phone including troubleshooting and determining appropriate solution from established guidelines.
Enter information into applicable systems.
Determine product availability and shipping information.
Respond to customer regarding product availability and shipping schedule. follow-up with customers as needed on special shipment requirements.
Create cases for self dispatch and company initiated activities when necessary.
Handle dispatching, monitoring and escalation for field personnel.
Skills:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, problem solve and analyze issues/situations.
Computer savvy
Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team environment.
Good with following instructions
Microsoft Applications
Excellent oral/written communication skills Health care support experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
