Job Description:
The i9 Sports Flag Football Coordinator is a hands-on role responsible for the planning and implementation of our Flag Football program for children age 4-14. This program will run in conjunction with our other sports leagues.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
-Organize initial pre-season team/parent meeting/uniform distribution
-Organize teams and training
-Will receive our i9 Sports Flag Football Coordinator Guide, including i9 Sports Core Principles, Flag Football Operations outline, Practice Aids and more
-Assist with volunteer coaches where applicable
-Organize and run practices before games
-Communicate with participants & parents throughout the season
-Distribute awards at the end of the season
-Work directly with Program Director
-Ensure the integrity of the brand
-Perform other duties and special projects as required
Requirements:
-Flag Football and Customer Service experience
-Must have transportation, cell phone & web/email access
-Extremely reliable, responsible and organized. Most of all, ENERGETIC!
-Good ability to relate to parents & players
-Clean Background Check
-Superior customer service skills
-Ability to work each Saturday game day in a season
