Summary:

Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote healthcare services and programs.
- Attend community events and health fairs to promote healthcare services and programs.
- Provide education and information to community members and organizations about healthcare services, programs, and resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to develop and implement outreach initiatives.
- Monitor and report on outreach activities and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and developments to identify new opportunities for outreach.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare outreach or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
