ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manages projects by organizing and expediting tasks, planning and coordinating presentations, meetings, travel plans, etc.
, as well as disseminating information quickly and accurately.
Acts as a liaison with other departments, tracks department relevant data, drafts written responses or replies by phone or email when necessary.
Acts as business partner in assisting department staff members in meeting deliverables such as time management/prioritization of daily activities and maintaining focus on business matters/issues.
Types and designs general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes.
May create and develop presentations as needed.
Answers and screens incoming phone calls/e-mails and forwards as necessary.
Schedules and organizes complex activities that may include meetings, department activities, travel and/or conferences for all members of the department as well as attendees from multiple locations.
Corresponds as necessary with vendors to ensure compliance with established procedures and processes.
When needed, covers front desk and assists with packages and mail distribution; meets and greets departmental visitors.
SUPERVISION This position has no supervisory responsibility.
RELATIONSHIPS Internal:
Interacts with all levels of the organization to ensure proper and timely communication and completion of tasks.
External:
Interacts with sister divisions to provide or furnish information, etc.
Also corresponds with vendors QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training:
High school diploma or G.

D.
required.
Formal clerical, administrative training or equivalent experience.
Related
Experience:
A minimum of four years office/clerical and admin experience required.
Works under limited supervision and deals with straightforward situations as defined by policy.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through related experience.
Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office; (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook) required.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Efficiency and judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload in a fast paced environment.
Must possess a proven track record of their ability to work with and demonstrate discretion with highly confidential information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
