JOB DESCRIPTION Atlas Chiropractic is looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who loves serving others with a compassionate heart.
Candidates must also be open-minded and willing to challenge old beliefs surrounding health and wellness.
This is not your typical healthcare office! Chiropractic Assistants (CAs) at Atlas Chiropractic handle the following office tasks/procedures:
New patient consultations & health histories Patient evaluations (including taking x-rays training provided on the job) Patient education on chiropractic principles Phone calls Managing the office schedule Controlling and overseeing patient flow Billing Sales Coordinating & executing marketing events CAs are responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and are expected to consistently deliver high-quality performance.

The right fit for this position must possess the following personal strengths and characteristics:
Strong verbal communication skills Thrives in a team-oriented environment Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Open to feedback Ability to multitask while staying organized Service-oriented and professional Ability to build rapport easily with all different types of people (including children, expectant mothers, and the elderly) Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to act on your feet without heavy coaching Experience/skills you'll need:
A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent memorization skills Previous job roles involving customer service, sales, and/or marketing Strong verbal communication skills (experience with public speaking is also a huge plus, but is not required) Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite WORK SCHEDULE We are looking for a candidate who is able to work ALL of the following hours.
In addition, the candidate must be willing to work occasional weekends (usually 1 weekend per month) and travel 1-2 times per year with the team for paid conferences.
