00 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar - Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date - Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage - Assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Requirements - Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred - Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software - Knowledge of front desk procedures and office administrative tasks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
