You will work in our Highgarden office w/ The Gilbert Group, ranked in the top 50 teams in Indiana, and our extended agents.
Your main focus will be assisting the owner in the daily tasks of running the company.
Every day looks different and the ability to manage many tasks at one time is crucial.
You will also work in tandem with our agents to help support their business by developing marketing pieces, putting together mailings, listing support and running the odds and ends of a real estate transaction.
You will manage the office and the day to day tasks that go along with running a large team of agents.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and has the ability to think quickly on their feet and will be able to pull the trigger on decisions needed made.
You must be an organizer, a fast learner, positive, and a great communicator who is able to find creative solutions while being polite, polished, professional and discreet.

Compensation:
Full time $40,000-$50,000 Depending on Experience.
401K and paid vacation time after 1 year.
Responsibilities:
Typical office responsibility, supply ordering, closing data input.
check processing etc.
Oversee all administrative aspects of buyer and seller leads from dropping off collateral, placing lockboxes on properties to mailing out sold postcards.
Manage social media on all forums.
Manage lead distribution including updating client database.
Qualifications:
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to develop strong rapport with both clients and team members.
Real estate license strongly preferred but not required.
Canva expert.
Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and general administrative duties (mail merge, data entry, newsletters) Ability to run Social Media followings on Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook.
Job Types:
