Assist the administrator with the following duties:
Overseeing the overall direction of the facility.
Taking responsibility for employment, management and evaluation of qualified personnel; provisioning of services; establishing standards of care that comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Establishing, implementing and evaluating goals and objectives for services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
Assuring that all business conduct is above the minimum standards required by law, while also not condoning any activities that achieve results through violations of the law or unethical business or patient care practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Health Facility Administrator (HFA) license or Residential Care Administrator (RCA) license is preferred.
Ideal candidate will either have experience as a senior living/skilled nursing administrator, executive director, director of operations or clinical manager; or have completed an administrator-in-training (AIT) program; or be willing to complete an AIT program.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
