- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues - Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers - Assist customers with service needs - Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, including medical and retirement plans.
