Responsibilities:
Training, coaching, reporting and assisting team with all needs Communicate via phone, email and video calls with new and existing clients Lead sales performance Provide quality customer service Developing strong relationships with team members and clients Be a problem solver with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Customer Service or Outside Sales (Preferred) Experience in Customer Service (Preferred) Authorized to work in the U.
S.
High School Degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
