The Position:
-Work directly with patients/customers to ensure complete satisfaction with team and processes.
-Investigate and resolve all patient and payment related needs.
This includes responsibilities ranging from communication with patients, to completing insurance verifications.
Day-to-day responsibilities offer both variety and challenge.
-Work with team members to discover and innovate ways to leverage in-house technology to develop new solutions and improve workflow -Assist in implementing budgets and posting payments to patient accounts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
