Crew Carwash Honored as One of the Best Places to Work in 2023 - Crew Carwash The Customer Service Specialist assists the Customer Service Team with the processing of claims using good judgement, video, and information from the locations to resolve claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Additionally, the CSS will be fully trained in all facets of unlimited customer support / call queue and will float between the two roles depending on where they are needed the most.
Primary Responsibilities The following responsibilities outline critical aspects of the Customer Service Specialist.
Claims Processing & Resolution Unlimited Customer Support / Call Queue Customer Feedback / Complaint Resolution Ensure a Positive Customer Experience Support the Customer Service Department Additional administrative responsibilities What do we need from you? Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing/customer service Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) Outstanding communication skills Strong desire to give exemplary service to Crew's external customer What you can expect from us!
